Our story

Casual dining, homemade favorites and a Deer Park welcome.

Nestled in Deer Park, First Street Bar & Grill serves the kind of casual food people crave: burgers off the grill, a 12 oz. weekend prime rib and daily lunch and dinner specials.

About 70% of the menu is made in-house. The homemade soups are especially popular, alongside the prime rib dip, fish tacos, Irish cigars, Texas fries and Cougar Gold cheese dip.

Start the day with cooked-to-order breakfast favorites, settle in for lunch or dinner, or unwind at the full-service bar. Gluten-friendly and vegetarian choices help more guests find something they can enjoy.

Owner Halil DemirHal to regulars — is often the one checking on your table. He is known for starting the weekend prime rib early and staying on the floor through dinner, the same hands-on welcome The Spokesman-Review noticed when they called First Street a hidden gem worth the drive.
